Terms of Service – RTA Productions LLC
Effective date: August 1, 2025
Welcome to rta-productions.com (the "Site"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Site and your purchase of services from RTA Productions LLC ("RTA," "we"). By using the Site or booking services, you agree to these Terms.
1) Services
We provide TV mounting, audio/lighting rentals, and DJ/event services in and around Pensacola, Florida. Quotes are estimates based on information you provide and a site assessment.
2) Scheduling & access
You agree to provide safe access to the work area and disclose wall conditions (e.g., known wiring, plumbing, material type). We may reschedule for safety, access, or unforeseen conditions.
3) Pricing, deposits & payment
Prices are stated before booking. Taxes/fees (if any) will be disclosed. We may require a deposit for certain services or equipment rentals. Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed.
4) Cancellations & changes
Please notify us at least 24 hours before your appointment to avoid a cancellation fee. Last‑minute changes may affect scheduling and price.
5) Installation specifics (TV mounting)
Wall condition: You are responsible for ensuring the wall is in sound condition and for disclosing prior damage or known hazards. We are not responsible for pre‑existing conditions or concealed conditions (e.g., hidden wiring, plumbing, metal lathe) not reasonably detectable.
Hardware & ratings: We use manufacturer‑rated hardware appropriate for the wall type.
Concealment: In‑wall cable concealment may require cutting/patching. We will finish to paint‑ready unless otherwise specified.
Post‑install checks: We level and load‑test according to bracket specifications.
6) Equipment rentals (audio/lighting)
You are responsible for equipment from delivery/pickup until return. Lost/damaged gear may incur repair or replacement charges. Additional terms may apply in your rental agreement.
7) Warranty & remedies
We warrant our workmanship for [12 months] from installation. If an issue arises due to our workmanship, we’ll correct it at no labor charge. This warranty excludes damage from misuse, accidents, or alterations by others.
8) Photos & reviews
With your permission, we may capture anonymized before/after photos of installations for our portfolio or reviews. Decline any time by telling your technician or contacting us.
9) Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site (e.g., introducing malware, scraping, interfering with operations) and not to infringe intellectual property rights.
10) Third‑party links & tools
The Site may link to third‑party sites (e.g., scheduling, payments, social media). We’re not responsible for third‑party content or policies.
11) Disclaimers
EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED, THE SITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON‑INFRINGEMENT.
12) Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RTA WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY AMOUNT EXCEEDING THE FEES YOU PAID FOR THE APPLICABLE SERVICE. NOTHING HERE EXCLUDES LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE LIMITED BY LAW.
13) Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold RTA harmless from claims arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site/services, or your failure to provide accurate information about the installation site.
14) Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Florida. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Escambia County, Florida, unless otherwise required by law. You consent to that venue and jurisdiction.
15) Changes
We may update these Terms. The Effective date above reflects the latest version.
